Hello there, my name is Greg Parks. I am a seasoned property oversight professional with 45 years
of residency in Summit and Wasatch Counties and a background spanning construction, HOA maintenance management, and residential property care.
Today I operate Alpine Assurance where I perform inspections and maintenance of vacation homes. With my years of experience I locate and resolve issues before they become large problems.

Greg’s career began in the construction field, working alongside his brother building homes in the Buffalo, New York region. This early experience established a strong technical foundation and a detailed understanding of residential structures.
Since 2017, Greg has worked in the property management sector and
has served as an HOA maintenance manager for two established
companies in the area. His responsibilities have included coordinating
maintenance operations, managing vendor relationships, overseeing
repairs, and ensuring compliance with community standards. His work
has consistently emphasized safety, reliability, and proactive issue
identification.
In his second home management and inspection services, Greg applies
his construction knowledge, property management experience, and
long‐standing community familiarity to provide thorough, dependable
oversight for vacation homes and absentee‐owned properties. His
professional approach, clear communication, and commitment to quality
